Bhutan is a country in South Asia that borders China and India. The country's largest city and capital is Thimphu. 

Bhutan was first inhabited probably in 2000 BC, but there are no records of inhabitation. This country was ruled by many empires, big and small. 

The economy is current electricity that lots of the electricity is exported to India. Ferroalloys and chemicals are also exported too. 

The national sport is archery but some other played sports are digor, a sport that is like shot put and horseshoe throwing. And also soccer as well. 








Rhododendron Cinnbarinum is a species of rhododendron that is native to Nepal, Bhutan, Sikkim and Tibet. It grows in heights of 1900-4000 meters. 

Rhododendron Cinnbarinum is a shrub. The plant grows to 1-3m in height with leathery leaves. The leaves are yellow ranging to cinnabar red, hence the name. 

The nectar is noted to be the most poisonous of the genus.   











Rhododendron Campanulatum

Rhododendron Campanulatum is a species of rhododendron that is found in India, Nepal and Bhutan. It grows in heights of 12,000 to 14,000 feet. 

The plant is in the plant family of heath plants, such as cranberries, blueberries, raspberries, blackberries and heathers. 

Rhododendron Campanulatum has leathery leaves like rhododendron Cimmbarinum. The leaves can grow to be a quarter of an inch to three feet. 

The plant grows in clusters and can be as wide as three feet. It grows in colours of red, yellow, white, orange and pink. 

For all parts of rhododendron Campanulatum, there is a poison called Grayanotoxin, which can lead to death. But the leaves are the worst part of the plant.



  


Rhododendron Arboreum

Rhododendron Arboreum is a species of Rhododendron that is found in India, China, Nepal, Burma, Sri Lanka, Bhutan and Thailand. 

It is an evergreen shrub that grows as a showy detail of bright red flowers. Like some of the other rhododendrons, they grow in a clusters. 

They are also useful for their juice that is called "Rhodojuice" or sharbat that can lower the cholesterol in people and animals. 

But they are eatable by many pests such as vine weevil, whiteflies, lacebugs, leafhoppers and caterpillars.

Rhododendron Falconeri

Rhododendron Falconeri is a species of rhododendron that is found in Eastern Nepal, India and Bhutan. 

This plant was first brought back to other countries where it grow was in the United Kingdom in 1850 when Joseph Dalton Hooker brought this plant to the UK to study and grow. 

But there is also proof that someone brought the rhododendron before Hooker did. His name was Colonel Sykes in 1830. 

It grows in heights of 9,000-12,000 feet. Rhododendron Falconeri grows like a shrub or a tree, unlike the other species of rhododendron.
